Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager in the Central U.S. region to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers.

You will help credit unions and community banks maximize value from our AI communications SaaS platform, focusing on retention, growth, and overall satisfaction. You’ll be the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored success plans, monitor health metrics, and drive product adoption.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• In-depth understanding of customer success, retention and growth.
• Strong problem-solving, high EQ, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of ~50 customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews to ensure outcomes.
• Develop tailored success plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for upsell.
• Oversee onboarding and drive product adoption through training.
