Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager for the Central U.S. region to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers. You will ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI platform and drive retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include strategic reviews, onboarding, adoption, risk mitigation, and collaboration with Sales to identify expansion opportunities. Travel quarterly as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person meetings.
