Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the Central U.S. region to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers and ensure they derive maximum value from our AI-driven SaaS platform.

You will build strong relationships with community financial institutions, drive retention and expansion, and collaborate with Sales and product teams to advocate for customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management or customer success) in SaaS/FinTech.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and drive retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers and act as primary contact.
• Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) to ensure outcomes.
• Develop tailored success plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for upsell.
• Oversee onboarding and drive product adoption with training and resources.
• Relay customer feedback to product teams to improve offerings.
• Track customer health and key metrics and maintain CRM records.
