Key duties include onboarding, adoption, risk mitigation through data insights, and advocacy across product teams. Occasional travel is expected to meet customers in person and support the team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles within SaaS/FinTech.
• Experience managing a portfolio of mid-to-large customers.
• Strong collaboration with sales, product, and support teams.
