The role focuses on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction within our AI-powered SaaS platform for community financial institutions. You will act as the primary contact, drive onboarding and product adoption, and collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong data-driven approach and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers as the primary contact.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure outcomes.
• Develop tailored success plans and identify churn risks.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with Sales to close them.
• Lead onboarding and drive product adoption with training and resources.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to product teams.
• Track customer health and retention metrics, maintaining CRM records.
