Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer (Inside Service Engineer) to deliver prompt technical support to end users in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will handle remote tickets, basic networking, and user setups, while working with ConnectWise PSA and IT Glue.

This role requires a two-year technical degree and 1–5 years of service desk experience; MSP exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting end users in a service desk or help desk environment.
• Basic understanding of firewalls, switches, and desktop computers.
• Ability to work remotely or in an office with a dedicated workspace.
• Certifications preferred: A+ or Network+.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support and resolve tickets promptly.
• Manage tickets using ConnectWise PSA and document work in IT Glue.
• Support client environments remotely and collaboratively with service teams.
