New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer (Inside Service Engineer) to deliver prompt technical support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will handle tickets—from printer issues to MFA and antivirus alerts—remotely.

You’ll work with ConnectWise PSA and IT Glue, participate in team meetings, and provide professional customer interactions while building knowledge across Windows AD, Azure AD, and network basics.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree with 1–5 years of service desk experience.
• MSP experience preferred.
• A+ or Network+ certifications preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, IT Glue, ConnectWise PSA, and N-able/N-central.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with NetDocuments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support desktops, virtual environments, and co-located systems with service teams.
• Handle tickets and maintain documentation in IT Glue and ConnectWise PSA.
• Provide daily customer interaction with a professional attitude.
• Attend team meetings and continuously improve technical skills.
• Remote or on-site support with occasional travel as needed.
