Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer (Inside Service Engineer) to deliver prompt remote support to clients across North America. You will manage tickets in ConnectWise PSA, document in IT Glue, assist with new user setups, and work with the MSP team to keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires a two-year technical degree and 1–5 years of service desk experience; certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred.

Qualifications
