Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team in a remote work-from-home role across the United States. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and delivers outstanding customer service while meeting production targets. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and emails, updating records, and providing guidance to volunteers, with shifts from 12:30 p.m.

to 9:00 p.m. ET and a minimum of 25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to handle difficult customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners, instructors, and organizations.
• Update account records and note resolution details in the system.
• Handle basic inquiries such as account maintenance and class information.
• Maintain daily production standards (AHT, Calls/Emails per hour, quality).
• Provide support and guidance to volunteers; route complex issues as needed.
