Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling inbound calls to support families with login issues and providing customer support to resolve various issues.
  2. Managing approximately 30-50 inbound calls daily.
  3. Responding to inquiries about products or services, addressing complaints, assisting with remote access, logins, website issues, and platform navigation.
  4. Communicating via inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails with families, students, and occasionally teachers.

Experience Needed:

  • At least 1 year of technical support experience.

Pay Range: $17.00/hr
