A leading technology services provider is seeking a Tier 1 Customer Support Representative to join their Family Tech Support Contact Center. This fully remote position involves assisting users with technical issues via phone, LiveChat, and email. Pay and Contract Details

Pay: $17/hr

Contract: 7/7/2025 – 10/2025 (Potential extension through 2/2026 based on attendance/performance)

Job Title and Shift

Title: Tier 1 Customer Support

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (ET)

Job Duties

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be part of the Family Tech Support Contact Center, handling inquiries via phone, LiveChat, and email.

Responsibilities Include
  1. Assisting families, students, and occasional teachers with login issues and navigation
  2. Troubleshooting remote access problems, website concerns, and system navigation
  3. Handling approximately 30–50 inbound calls per day
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Hardware Troubleshooting (HP laptops, peripherals, mic/camera settings)
  • Active Directory (Password resets)
  • Network Troubleshooting (Home & Domain environments)
  • Adding/removing printers, scan folders
  • Internet & Browser troubleshooting
  • Basic computer reimaging (PC); Apple experience welcomed
  • Remote Troubleshooting (Tools: Bomgar/BeyondTrust)
  • Google Apps & Zoom (Experience with Class preferred)
  • Remote Work Setup (Quiet home workspace, high-speed internet)
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be specific to elections, plans, or program terms. If eligible, benefits may include:
