A leading technology services provider is seeking a Tier 1 Customer Support Representative to join their Family Tech Support Contact Center. This fully remote position involves assisting users with technical issues via phone, LiveChat, and email. Ideal candidates will have experience in hardware troubleshooting and network support, providing essential assistance to families and students.
Pay: $17/hr
Contract: 7/7/2025 – 10/2025 (Potential extension through 2/2026 based on attendance/performance)
Title: Tier 1 Customer Support
Shift: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (ET)
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be part of the Family Tech Support Contact Center, handling inquiries via phone, LiveChat, and email.
