REMOTE TIER 1 CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Must have previous technical help desk style experience to be considered or recent technical certificate

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST

100% remote - equipment provided

Start date: July 7th

End Date: October 3rd

Description
  • Support families with login issues via inbound calls and provide customer support to resolve issues.
  • Handle roughly 30-50 inbound calls a day.
  • Respond to inquiries about company products/services, complaints, remote access, logins, website issues, and platform navigation.
  • Assist families, students, and teachers via inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails troubleshooting platform and login issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge/experience with hardware troubleshooting (primarily HP laptops)
  • Experience with performance issues, microphone/camera settings, peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitors)
  • Strong knowledge/experience with Active Directory, including password resets
  • Remote work experience with a quiet workspace and high-speed internet
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr.
