Job Overview

We are currently hiring for a Remote Tier 1 Customer Support role. Candidates must have previous technical help desk experience or a recent technical certificate. The role involves supporting families with login issues and providing customer support to resolve various technical problems.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound calls supporting families with login issues and other technical support needs.
  2. Respond to a high volume of inquiries via calls, LiveChat, and emails regarding our products, services, and platform navigation.
  3. Assist customers with hardware troubleshooting, primarily HP laptops, including performance issues, microphone/camera settings, and peripherals.
  4. Utilize Active Directory for password resets and account management.
Qualifications
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting, especially HP laptops.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and password reset procedures.
  • Experience working remotely with a dedicated quiet workspace and high-speed internet.
Pay and Benefits

The pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Benefits may include:
