TEKsystems is seeking a remote Tier 1 Customer Support representative to assist families with technical issues. The role involves managing inbound calls, troubleshooting login problems, and providing customer support for various inquiries. Applicants should have technical help desk experience and strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
Must have previous technical help desk experience or recent technical certification to be considered.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST
Location: 100% remote - equipment provided
Start Date: July 7th
End Date: October 3rd
The pay rate is $17.00 per hour.
