Eltropy Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of ~20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver outcomes through our AI-powered platform while driving retention, growth, and satisfaction.

You will conduct executive reviews, cultivate advocate customers, and work cross-functionally to align roadmaps with customer goals, focusing on onboarding, adoption, and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management or customer success) in B2B SaaS and/or FinTech.
• Experience managing Tier-1 or enterprise accounts with strategic oversight.
• Strong communication, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted strategic advisor and single point of contact for ~20 Tier-1 accounts.
• Conduct executive/strategic business reviews to ensure ROI and outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for upsell.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption across teams.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing.
• Track health, retention, and growth metrics and report to stakeholders.
