• Deep (5+ years) customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the trusted strategic advisor and single point of contact for ~20 Tier-1 accounts, fostering executive relationships and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct executive/business reviews to ensure ROI and retention.
• Drive adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities in coordination with Sales and Product teams.
• Program-manage Tier-1 onboarding projects across multiple teams and locations.
• Track health, retention, and expansion metrics and keep CRM updated.
