You will build executive relationships, drive outcomes with our AI‑powered communications platform, and focus on retention, growth, and overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities include tailored, multi‑year success plans, health-score led risk mitigation, adoption programs, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing to align roadmaps

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep, customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Proven track record with Tier-1 or enterprise accounts.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for executive reviews and discussions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor and single point of contact for ~20 Tier-1 accounts.
• Conduct executive business reviews to ensure ROI and outcomes.
• Develop tailored, multi-year success plans and monitor health metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on renewals/upsell.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing to align roadmaps.
• Program-manage complex onboarding across multiple teams and locations.
• Drive product adoption with training and enablement resources.
• Capture feedback to influence product roadmap and customer experience.
• Maintain CRM records and report on health, retention, and growth.
