Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of high-impact financial institution customers. You will drive retention, growth, and satisfaction by delivering transformative outcomes through our AI-powered platform, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.

You will lead onboarding, adoption, and executive business reviews, ensuring ROI and long-term partnerships while traveling up to 25% to client sites.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze health metrics and ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Tier-1 Relationship Management: serve as trusted advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts and foster executive relationships.
• Customer Success Strategy: develop multi-year plans, identify churn risks, drive adoption and ROI.
• Revenue Growth: spot expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on upsell.
• Onboarding and Adoption: program-manage onboarding and enablement across teams and locations.
• Advocacy and Feedback: relay customer needs to Product/Engineering and help shape roadmaps.
• Metrics and Reporting: track health, retention, and growth; maintain CRM records.
