Job summary

Eltropy is hiring a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of ~20 financial institution customers. You’ll partner with executive stakeholders to deliver outcomes through our AI-powered platform, driving retention, growth, and value across multiple teams and locations.

You will lead onboarding, adoption, and expansion efforts, develop tailored success plans, and work closely with Sales to align priorities and secure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech, with enterprise-grade accounts.
• Travel up to 25% for exec reviews, upsell discussions, issue mitigation, and partnerships.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to understand business, technical, and operational needs.
• High technical aptitude; quick to learn new software; data-driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and executive presence to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Tier-1 Relationship Management: serve as trusted advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts and foster executive partnerships.
• Develop and execute multi-year success plans to achieve business goals and ROI from Eltropy.
• Identify churn risks early and mitigate them through data analysis and health scoring.
• Collaborate with Sales for expansion opportunities and seamless account planning.
• Program-manage onboarding projects across multiple teams and locations.
• Drive product adoption with training and best practices for Tier-1 workflows.
• Collect feedback to influence product roadmap and customer experience.
• Maintain CRM records and regularly report status, risks, and growth opportunities.
