Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of ~20 high-impact financial institution customers.

You will partner with executives to deliver outcomes via our AI-powered platform, drive retention, growth, and satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product, engineering, and support on customer needs. You will develop tailored success plans, monitor health metrics, conduct strategic reviews, and champion adoption and ROI

Qualifications

Deep (5+ years) customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS and/or FinTech with Tier-1 or enterprise customers.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for executive reviews, upsell discussions, and relationship strengthening.
Customer-centric mindset focused on outcomes, ROI, and long-term partnerships.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor and single point of contact for ~20 Tier-1 accounts.
Lead executive reviews to ensure ROI and customer outcomes are realized.
Develop multi-year success plans and mitigate churn risk through data health signals.
Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on account strategy.
Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption across teams.
Capture feedback to influence product roadmap and case studies.
