Eltropy Inc. seeks a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of ~20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will partner with executives to deliver outcomes via our AI-powered platform, driving retention, growth, and strong ROI.

In this role, you will develop multi-year success plans, mitigate churn risk through data insights, and collaborate with Sales for upsell opportunities while ensuring adoption and customer satisfaction across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management or customer success) in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet customers.
• Strong analytical, communication and executive presence.
• Ability to build strategic, multi-year success plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor for roughly 20 Tier-1 accounts, fostering executive relationships.
• Lead strategic business reviews to ensure ROI and renewals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on upsell.
• Program-manage Tier-1 onboarding and drive product adoption.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Track health and retention metrics and report to leadership.
