Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts and executive relationships.
• Conduct strategic business reviews to ensure ROI from Eltropy.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell with sales.
• Program-manage onboarding projects across multiple teams and locations.
• Track health, retention, expansion, and report to leadership.
