Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts and foster long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular executive business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and upsell in collaboration with Sales.
• Proactively manage onboarding and drive product adoption across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Marketing to relay customer feedback.
