• Experience supporting multiple brands preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple interactions in fast-paced environment.

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat with timely, professional assistance.
• Resolve routine questions using established procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 with thorough details.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are updated.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Record interactions and resolution outcomes in CRM.
• Gather customer feedback and report patterns to supervisor.
• Collaborate with fellow agents to maintain service continuity.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Meet performance indicators like CSAT and FCR.
• Participate in quality reviews and training.
