Jobgether is seeking a Customer Experience Agent — Tier 1 in the United States. You will serve as the first contact for customers, delivering empathetic support across phone, email, and chat.

You will follow standard procedures, document interactions, and escalate complex cases as needed to ensure quick resolutions and a positive experience. Formación

• At least one year of inbound call center experience in a customer-focused role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across phone, email, and chat.
• Ability to follow established workflows and document interactions.
• Capable of staying calm and professional when assisting frustrated customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate CRM record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Investigate and resolve routine questions using established procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 with complete details.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure complete resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Capture customer feedback and share insights with the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve concerns.
