Jobgether partners with a client seeking a Customer Experience Agent — Tier 1 in the United States. You will be the first point of contact across phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, empathetic support for routine issues and guiding customers through available services.

This fully remote role supports a distributed team, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. You’ll maintain product knowledge, document interactions, and help drive continuous improvement in customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in an inbound call center environment.
• Able to explain solutions, policies, and next steps clearly across channels.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat with timely, professional assistance.
• Investigate and resolve routine questions using established procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 with complete handoff details.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are informed of next steps.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM accurately.
• Capture recurring questions and pain points for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teammates to manage queues and share knowledge.
