Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Experience Agent — Tier 1 for a partner company. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, resolve routine issues, and document interactions in the CRM. This fully remote, distributed team role is ideal for dependable, customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem solving and clear communication.

Applicants must reside in eligible US states and be available for the stated schedule Tuesday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment.
• Eligibility to reside in one of the US states listed in the job overview.
• Availability for the fixed schedule: Tue–Fri 11:00–20:00 CT and Sat 08:00–17:00 CT.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels with timely, professional assistance.
• Investigate and resolve routine questions using established procedures and resources.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 or supervisor with complete documentation.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure resolution and clear next steps.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, policies, and support workflows.
