Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Experience Agent — Tier 1 for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will handle phone, email, and chat inquiries, resolve routine issues, and escalate when needed while keeping detailed CRM records.

You’ll join a distributed team, contribute to continuous improvement, and aim for high CSAT with reliable attendance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in an inbound call center environment.
Availability for Tue-Fri 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Central Time and Sat 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time.
Reside in one of the eligible U.S. states listed.
Strong written and verbal communication with empathy and patience.
Ability to document interactions in a CRM and follow workflows.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat with timely, professional assistance.
Investigate and resolve routine questions using established procedures.
Escalate complex issues with complete case details to Tier 2/3.
Follow up on open cases to ensure complete resolution and updates.
Maintain product, policy, and service knowledge for accurate information.
Record interactions and resolutions in the CRM accurately.
Share recurring questions and pain points with the supervisor for improvement.
