Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team and work from home in the United States. The role focuses on negotiating resolutions for delinquent accounts, building effective borrower payment plans, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Ideal candidates have strong negotiation skills, a passion for results, and experience in high-volume collections environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Experience with skip-tracing and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
