LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our team from home. The role focuses on negotiating resolutions, arranging payments, and locating borrowers using skip-tracing techniques, while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, remote environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential customer conversations.
• Experience working in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
