LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join our team. The role targets experienced collection professionals who negotiate resolutions, manage accounts, and maintain compliant practices from a home office.

You should have strong negotiation, communication skills, and familiarity with skip-tracing tools; a high-volume environment experience is preferred. This position requires remote work from approved states.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Experience working in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
