Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation invites experienced remote Collections Specialists to join our growth-focused team. You will negotiate resolutions for delinquent accounts, arrange payment plans, and use skip-tracing to locate borrowers, all while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial situations.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional customer interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
