You will use skip-tracing tools and collection systems, maintain compliant practices, and work remotely in approved states. A minimum of two years in debt collection and bilingual English/Spanish are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Ability to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Must have a professional remote workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Proven track record of meeting collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Use skip-tracing and investigative techniques to locate borrowers.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activity.
