You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws in a high‑volume environment. Additional performance-based compensation is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a confidential remote workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections.
• Familiar with skip-tracing tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements based on borrower circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned accounts and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and company policy.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions.
