Responsibilities

• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial situations.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation and comply with laws.
