LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. This role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, negotiating settlements, and achieving recovery goals from a home environment.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong communication, and knowledge of debt collection laws. Remote work is available for eligible states with standard weekday schedules.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
