Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a remote Collections Specialist to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure regulatory compliance while meeting performance goals.

This 100% remote role requires at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with performance-based additional earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
