LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced third-party collections professionals for a 100% remote Collections Specialist role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and work toward recovery goals while upholding compliance.

You must have at least 2 years in debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and the ability to maintain a confidential home workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip–tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
