LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and work toward recovery goals while upholding regulatory standards.

We seek candidates with at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work from a distraction-free home office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and comply with laws and company policy.
