Ideal candidates have 2+ years in third-party collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrower's finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collections to maximize recovery.
• Meet individual and department performance targets.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and notes.
• Deliver professional interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations; communicate remotely with team.
