LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team from home. If you are an experienced third-party collector with strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset, we want to hear from you.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, use skip-tracing tools, and ensure regulatory compliance while working from a remote workspace. Requires 2+ years of experience and residing in an eligible state.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local collection laws.
• Remote work requires a distraction-free workspace and reliable internet.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned accounts and prioritize collection activities.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Keep accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Maintain professional, compliant interactions with customers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and policies.
