LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and apply skip-tracing techniques to locate borrowers while ensuring compliance and professional communication.

The role emphasizes independent work from a distraction-free home office, with competitive commission potential and a weekday schedule.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Reliable internet connectivity sufficient to perform job responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
