LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to work from home on a nationwide basis. The role focuses on negotiating resolutions, settlements, and payment plans for delinquent accounts while maintaining compliance and professional customer interactions.

Applicants should have 2+ years in third-party collections, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to operate independently in a remote, confidential workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recoveries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions in remote settings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local collection laws and company policies.
• Communicate with management and team members while working remotely.
