LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. Bring 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience and proven negotiation skills to help recover delinquent accounts from a home-based setting.

You will negotiate settlements, use skip-tracing tools, and document activities while complying with federal/state laws. Earn commissions on performance and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace and reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management and teammates while working remotely.
