Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team. From home, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

The role requires at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a quiet home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Manage assigned accounts and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
