Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced collections professionals to join a fully remote team. This role focuses on negotiating resolutions, skip-tracing, and compliant handling of delinquent accounts from home.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, arrange payments, and work toward team goals while adhering to debt collection laws. A high school diploma and 2+ years in third-party collections are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management and team while working remotely.
