LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, negotiating payment arrangements, using skip-tracing tools, and documenting activity with accuracy. A proven debt-collection background and knowledge of applicable laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to work independently yet contribute to team goals.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collections for recovery.
• Aim to meet individual and department performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions with borrowers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Communicate with management and teammates while working remotely.
