LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced collections specialists to join a fully remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and apply skip-tracing techniques to recover delinquent accounts from home.

A strong work ethic and knowledge of debt collection rules are essential for success. The role offers commission-based earning potential, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits, with support for maintaining a confidential home

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to work remotely in a confidential, distraction-minimized space.
• Reliable internet connectivity sufficient to perform job responsibilities.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Maintain professional, respectful interactions while working remotely.
