LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliant, professional interactions while working from a confidential home workspace.

The role emphasizes high performance in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to earn commissions. Eligible states include a broad remote-work list, with benefits starting after 30 days and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is required.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace and ensure confidential conversations.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial situations.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recoveries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate regularly with management and the remote team.
