Qualifications

• Two years of third-party debt collection experience minimum.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distraction-minimized space.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and compliant processes.
• Work toward performance goals and support team targets.
